LEGACY PARK

L&T Construction was selected as the contractor for the development of this 150-acre industrial park. Site work included mass grading 411,000 cubic yards of dirt, 7200 Lf of storm drainage, 8648 Lf of sanitary sewer, 15639 Lf of water piping, 96,113 Sy of base and paving for the two warehouses, the infrastructure, the improvements to Hwy 302 and construction of Polk Lane.
