Site work began in February with a drop dead completion date of November 16th so that the retail stores could be open for business by Black Friday. Rain and March snows necessitated the use of over 7000 tons of lime to keep the project on schedule- and the stores opened as planned. Work on this project included clearing, earthwork, storm drain, sanitary sewer, fire protection, curb, soil cement, and paving.
