A major project to relocate the TN Air National Guard’s 164th Airlift Wing from its former home at the north end of the Memphis International Airport to a much larger, more modern 240 acre base at the southeast corner including a 28-acre parking apron/taxiway/landside utilities/retaining walls/parking lots/roadways/lighting. L&T laid the groundwork and infrastructure to complete this portion of the $245MM project, the largest in Air National Guard project in history.
